Halo: Der Aufstand (engl.: Halo Uprising) ist eine Comicreihe, deren Geschichte eine Brücke zwischen Halo 2 und Halo 3 schlägt. Die, getreu dem Stil von Halo, farbenprächtig gedruckte Comic wurde in vier Ausgaben von Marvel veröffentlicht.
Die erste Ausgabe war in weniger als 24 nach ihrem Release am 22. August 2007 ausverkauft, und ist seither sehr selten zu erwerben. Eine aus diesem Grund gedruckte zweite Edition besitzt einen schwarzweissen Band, die erzählenden Seiten sind jedoch nach wie vor in Farbe gehalten.
Die folgenden drei Ausgaben erblickten am 21. November 2007, am 13. August 2008, am 15 Juni 2009 sowie am 5. Juni 2009 das Licht am Ende der Druckerschwärze.

Es sei noch angemerkt, dass die Inhalte aller Uprising-Comics bezüglich ihres Standes im Licht des Kanons unter Fans heftig diskutiert werden.
